A special reduced registration rate has been established to encourage the participation of graduate students and post-doctoral fellows. Those qualifying for the special fee must include a letter of verification of their status.

Cancellation:
Registration fees will be refunded (less a $50 handling charge) if written notice of cancellation is received before February 1st, 2004. No refunds can be made after that date.

Abstract Submission:
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be due Monday, January 26th, 2004. For information on abstract format or to submit abstracts online, please click here.
